Orientation Trainings
Owens was tasked with developing two leadership trainings for 30++ incoming orientation leaders. He created presentations from scratch via his life coaching certification background and facilitated several successful workshops for the leaders during their spring training in 2023.
The training made collaboration, change, and trust amongst the new team, which assisted them throughout the summer orientation season.
